ok, my 99 healer just tried hell tobial with a lvl 88 zealer auradin thingo and tobial has never even taken me off max hp before this patch, but he just 2 hitted me. figure ill post here and say wtf did u do to bosses damage, or maybe he was bugged? either way thats fucked.

Maybe Purerage edited his stats? I did all the monster editing on the purerage patch base and I never touched tobial's stats in the slightest.

I did him with fury and ww, he was a cake other than when he used iron maiden. He had -100% amp before, now only -50%, he's way easier now.
Also I had 50k def (shout/iron skin or maxed HoW) along with 35 and 45 %dr, maybe his stats really are changed but I haven't noticed.
Or... did he spawn with aura ench? If he did with fanat he could have 30+ crit strike :D

Offtopic - Andy with 61% amp still is somehow challenging, used few juvs with 95lvl char.

Good to hear that about hell andy at least. But the critical strike on the fanata is definately a possibility though (between the ED and the CS it really would be major hurt).

His stats seems unchanged... but he's using wolverine aura which recently got buffed(15% from 12%, some dr% too), so that + might aura could make him a little harder. Keep in mind he was difficulty before with few monumod combos. Same goes for Sarina in a3. If she's cursed, fanat/might ench(she's always aura ench), and extra strong you can be reduced to ribbons within 2 shots.

he was cursed (amp i presume) aura ench (might) and light enchanted. i have 8k hp, 78k defence, max block, regen from heavens will and lvl 56 prayer and a merc to help take hits but i still died almost instantly.

Sounds like you just got unlucky on your block+def and Tobial got a couple consecutive melee hits in. I could easily see him doing 8k in a couple quick hits with amp+might+wolv mods. Were his bears around? Got any DR%? Not much else it could of been outside of melee damage.

It's possible that the server you we're using has a high processorload, which can result in lagspikes that don't show up in /fps ping. Kinda like having the server perform 3secs of game time while your client executes all those instructions in 1 sec. Monsters teleporting/blinking across the map (desyncing) is also an indication of this phenomenon.
