I want to craft a couple of ele rings with the +class skills mod, but I don't want to spend 40 billions of gems in the process, so If there's a way to reduce the amount of crappy crafts that I could get, I'd like to know it  I remenber reading that in order to craft a ring with +skills, is better to have a character around level 27. Is this true?

having a lvl 27 craft it will decrease the chances of other higher level mods (but also decrease the number of mods), which will increase the chances of the available mods to appear (+1 skill) iirc. Someone correct me if that is wrong. You can use a lvl 27 and still get a decent craft using MS gems, but I always craft with my highest lvl character for the best potential mods. |

I believe the cutoff mark is lvl 70-75 for crafting on mods. pmp would know better than me but i do not think there is any way to reduce crappy crafts. but its easy to get gems for crafting - gf barb and farm leo with any character you have, get like 4 million per run then pack your barb with 10% lust, shield/6os sword/4os diadem all filled with wirt jewels and you can buy like 2-3 ms gems in a5 hell |

another silly question, can i farm items for cow lvl in normal but open the portal in NM or Hell? |

no, you can only open the norm cow with parts from normal and same with the other diffs |

I farm statues and maps in hell for whatever I'm doing. Drops are decent on Hatestorm and Dragon. |
