I've seen some awesome crafted items, but I'm wondering which types are worth rolling?

Holy Helms looks nice
I know a lot of the topaz stuff is useful
skill boots look okay...

More specifically what do I want to be crafting for a bone necro? Someone gave me a sweet 3pnb, 100+mf, 4os holy helm. I'm looking more end game as i know I likely won't use a +2 skill craft armor because it doesn't have magic buffs.

Waste of time; You can get at max +6 to a specific skill(missing 5 on your summons/curses), so all in all you get +1 to whatever skill you want. Keep in mind, this is the luckiest roll you could ever hope for(+3 pnb/+3 teeth/spear/spirit), on top of that you're rolling between 8 and 16 on the magic pierce. You don't get any benefit from the % magic damage increase, and you're going to miss out on a whole fuckload of other stats that uniques have.

it's coded really badly so it fuctions for some spells but not for others. It never displays client side either.

To fix it, you need to create a new stat for it and add that stat to the synergy calculation. (dont use the current stat as it functions for some skills already so will apply the bonus twice
