What is the best place to shop for a White Nec head to make a runeword out of with possible teeth or bone spear on it? And of course another opinion question... Who do bone necros typically use for a merc choice? |

you can't shop white class items. teeth is 1lvl skill, bonespear 20, so kill dudes on cold plains/canyon of the magi. Quote: Who do bone necros typically use for a merc choice? a1/a2/a3 or a5. I've hired a3 merc last ladder only to replace him with a5 wolf. I don't know how it looks now as boneshade doesn't spawn cantors anymore. Just test it by yourself. If you have a team just go for a2 with prayer/might and spam dec.

I rarely play with a team but rather alone about 90 % of the time... i've always wanted to beef up a A1 merc but heard they suck in Hell so thats out of the picture... eh... i might just do an act5 bear or something.. |

You CAN shop white items at Akara. Give a lvl 1 char some money and keep walking in and out of town until you find what you're looking for. It seems that by a3 norm there is no longer white items available at vendors, so you won't be able to buy a nec head with bone spear, only teeth. Takes a long time sometimes, seems it might be quicker to just clear trash |

post a screen if you spawn a class item @ akara - they're manually added as magic only so I'm curious how it's possible. Does it take more than 10 respawning of town to get 1? |

I'll post a SS tonight. The magic items are more available of course, and while shopping for my nec head last week I ended up just buying a blue +3 teeth instead, since the white ones weren't spawning with the mods I wanted and it was taking forever. And yes, sometimes it takes more than 10 times to get even ONE nec head to spawn, regardless of white or blue

well, It was me who added these items so yeah, need screen of white one. I've tried 15+on single and always magic one. Anyway. White items can be added manually too but with a major issue - they will always be available infinite to buy as they spawn. Real goal of adding these were to allow easier crafting not making rws.

should only be white staves, wands and scepters. not the class specific. |

EDIT: Yea, I was thinking of shopping for my wands, not heads, sorry. I guess you would know if you programmed the damn thing, but I hear people talk about shopping for that stuff all the time. What are they referring to then? |

white staves for sorcs, white wands, if you get a lvl 17 to act 3, you can shop for white septers for pallys. |
