I heard A1 merc and also A5 for some...

I would appreciate assistance.

a1 - crossbow that casts LR or amulet
a2/a5 - extra tank & amulet to cast LR
a3 - for psn aura

Pick your favorite. There isn't really a "best"

Thanks Blue... Are you reffering to the pus spitter?

That has really low dmg right? She wont be able to do much i assume when it comes to killing later on?

What can you tell me about this LR amulet? Never heard of it.

And for act 3 merc... are you talking about the "Necromancer: Teeth, Bone Spear, Bone Armor, Prime Poison Nova, Merc Poison Aura, Bone Spirit (NM/Hell only)"

Ardural's Icon
http://blue.arimyth.com/amulets.html

She's just there to keep mob's LR'd. If she can live long enough, good for bosses too. With Rabies, you are the damage so you don't really need your merc to be doing a lot of damage.

The only merc you want to 100% avoid is a NM/Hell Act5 shapeshifter as they use rabies. Once something is infected with rabies, it can't be overwritten with a higher lvl rabies, so you DO NOT want your sucky merc's rabies in action.

Sounds good Blue... another follow-up question.

Would it be viable to put the ardural's icon on my druid instead of merc?

And how good would it be to put on that ammy + pus spitter on merc?

Lastly, do you feel, in your opinion, that an A1 merc is better than an A3?

dunno. depends a lot on how you play, what other gear you have and what works for you.

Well i am still deciding on ammy honestly... i am lvl 56 right now and my setup for the druid is this:

- Lore w/ +3 to rabies
- Silks Armor w/ SS Diamond
- Plague Bearrer w/ SS Emerald
- Sigons Shield - too lazy to make new one might switch to Rhyme, Spirit, or Splendor
- Hellmouth Gloves (At lvl 65)
- +1 Druid Rings (Rare)
- Crafted belt with 15 % Poison Skill Dmg / - 15 % Poison Res
- Crafted +1 skill boots
- Using Sarcans ammy now and debating on using atmas ammy when i hit 6x

Based on that gear, what do you suggest my merc be? Any suggestions on gear?

i use a3 bone and id much prefer it over any a1 or a2 merc for 1 simple reason
very very very little is magic imune and his psn aura breaks the weak poision imunes and what else is psn imune still i just cast wolfs while he slains them.
