On normal -- whats the lowest person that can drop
Vizjerei's Snare - Hand Scythe?

Can the 3 bosses before diablo is summoned drop it?

It's a level 50 item i believe...

This will give you a ballpark on where stuff drops as it lists the level of monsters in each area:

So because Diablo is the only level 50 on that list and that item is level 50.... does that mean amon, moloch, or deseis cant drop that item?

I play SC before and never again :)...

Besides holding hands and drinking root beer with my girlfriend, this is the closest that ill come to danger - HC HU :).

If you come across someone that has it in HC i will give whatever i have on all my mules for a couple of those suckers..

All bosses(champs, names enemies, sub bosses, act bosses) get +3 level to that, so andy is 87lvl in fact. BUT more than level matter treasure class. For example Hell frozen dragon is +- 97lvl but he CAN'T drop any 95lvl uniq other than Amazon weapons and rings/amus. Why? Because his TC is armor87 and weapon87, 90lvl uniqs are high end weapon90 and armor90. Now why amazon weapons? There are only 2 bows and 1 spear/jav per tier. Matriarchal lance is weapon80 +- same with GMB, meaning it can drop in a4 from seal bosses or even lazarus. Griffon being 92lvl can be dropped too as Diadems belong to armor75.

Well we are talking about hell here..

I was just asking about normal... So if what your saying is true... then the seal bosses at Diablo are lvl 49 but actually can drop lvl 52 items?

They are 52lvl so ilvl would be 52. If they can drop hand scythe it will be uniq. But I doubt they can drop handscythe. For example cedar bow uniq Kuko Shakaku is 48lvl req, but cedar bow belongs to weapon36 treasure class and it can be dropped by seal bosses. Hand scythe is ilvl 46 thus belongs to weapon49(or 45?) treasure class, just like Bec-de-Corbin, I doubt you could find it before baal.

Too see treasure class you need to check txt files.

Edit: Diablo can drop weap42 and armo42. item base lvl(http://blue.arimyth.com/whiteitems.html) determinate to which class they belong, it goes from 3 to 90 per 3.

I might have them, I know I have atleast one claw on a mule that's "An evil force", aka one of the new claws.

Ok so Baal is the only one that can drop a lvl 50 item? Thats sad lol..

What about any of the minions in act 5?

Baphomet weap48 baal weap51 So they can drop handscythe and if they do it will be uniq.
