So first I would like to know if there is a way to reset your talent points, the reason I ask is because I almost always screw up and click the wrong spell at least once per char, and you can respec on LoD 1.13 aswell. So is there a way to respec?

Second: can someone explain how OSKILL works?! I havent played the game for a very long time and I cant remember what this thing means.

I know you get to use that specific skill that you get from the item, but does it mean that it wont get increased by your +skill from your other gear or what?

No. Sorry.
It's 1.10 so Oskills get buffed by +all skills and +skill(xxx only). So if you have +10venom on pestilence rw it can be buffed by +2 to all and +4venom (assassin only) from Arach belt. Oskills are softpoints so they won't buff another skill synergies, IE If you could get +10 hurricane and +10 tornado these 2 skills wouldn't buff themselves.

BTW. For example high level shield has +20 thorns oskill but also some +thorns (paladin only) - so it's like +27thorns total, I have it on nec 2200% thorns dmg from single item with oskill.

Not likely since respec was introduced in 1.13, whereas HU runs on 1.10, so there isn't a way to bring it in. Dont worry, messing up a point or two won't ruin your char completely unless you are super obsessed with making perfect characters

personally, i think bnet shit the bed with the latest patch

taking out IM from chaos sanctuary death knights, and the respec thing just made it wayyyy too easy to fail at d2 but still get to hell baal
