Just so people know, "Wonder" runeword mods don't quite match Blue's site. It's 10% ctc lvl 40 Blizz and FOrb, +38%ColdDmg, 40%FR/Walk, and -24%ResCold. With the drop from level 50 to level 40, the procs change as: lvl 50 Forb did 788, lvl 40 does 611 (23% drop) lvl 50 Blizz did 2.5k, lvl 40 does 1.8k (27% drop) With the changes to Blizz it's not much to worry about, although I kind of expected this bug from last patch to be fixed, or at least reported when the runewords were tested. The runeword was made on Bob908's server, but since this is just a carry-over bug from last patch, I expect all servers have this version of "Wonder". |

It was an adjustment made last ladder by Soulmancer I think. I had always intended it to be lvl50 blizzard, but at some point it got tweaked (see here). I didn't go back and undo that change as I assumed it was something that Soulmancer specifically wanted and it is his mod. Website is updated (also added a little color to the lower navigation buttons to distinguish the categories a bit better) |

if you made a wonder and a valor for a frenzy barb would the +cold mastery apply to CtC orb/blizz. |
