I can't get 1.3a to work. I did what it said blah blah blah but I can hire a phys merc, which I was told by someone who knows a lot about this, forgot the name, that phys mercs were disabled.
Help?

make sure you have downloaded and installed the 1.3a zip file. You do not need a data file for this version. |
