I think the easiest way would be downloading an MPQ file editor (A quick googling finds these two, I don't remember which ones I've use, but
Ladik's sounds familiar, and this
Zezula site looks familiar). MPQ files are like .zip or .tar files (they're basically folders of compressed data, so you just need a program that knows how to read the compression and open the folder for you).
With the program, open up the patch_d2.mpq file of your choice (choose one that you know contains HU-specific music, vanilla non-LoD music is in d2music.mpq). The mpq file expands into this folder:

I'm pretty sure the music will be in .wav format, so if you want to convert it to mp3, then that's probably not too hard, but I haven't tried it in quite a while (I used
Audacity last time).
