 Post subject: Necro CE Issue

It seems that Corpse Explosion is sharing a cooldown with the summons. I'm not sure if this is intended but in my mind is a pretty big problem for any necro who uses this spell for tactics.

Once you cast something with a large cooldown like a golem it turns into a big problem. I don't remember this happening on older patches.

the removal of the cast delay was unfortunately forgotten about in all the hubub.
