Is it not possible to upgrade rare items? I was looking for the recipe for upgrading a rare normal weapon to exceptional. Can't find it in the webpages folder. |

You can't upgrade rares in hu. You never could as long as I remember |

I am pretty sure it was possible in 1.6 and 1.7. |

Would be good. It's nice to have many options available for the very weapon dependent builds. |
