Post subject:  Differences in Spawns

What is the real difference between spawning w/ 8 people compared to something like 4-5 to only 1 person? Other than it's harder, but how much harder is it stats wise that the boss gets (added resistances, way more life, etc...)? Anyone know? Thanks

bare min u can spawn is 3 people.. to get the weakest boss...... but I forget the numbers I'm sure someone will look them up...

but it starts escalating once 4 or more people are in the game.

its only more monster hit points, and more exp they give for each person, like after a 3 person spawn. the monster doesnt get more resist or more damage.

So to clarify, if you spawn at 8 and kill with 3, those 3 get the exp of the 8, correct? Just want to double check to see if there is a loophole that may be overlooked. Thanks

yes killing a boss spawned by 8 players is harder and will grant 8 player exp even if only 3 people manage to down the boss

correct, if you spawn a monster at 8 person, and 5 people leave, the monster will stay at 8 person spawn

From the 1.21 patch notes sticky:

-Monsters HP growth based on # of players in the gane has been changed in the (Full) Multiplayer addition
values are now 1p = 300% 2p = 300% 3p = 300% 4p = 300% 5p = 475% 6p = 550% 7p = 575% 8p = 600% this has been done
to fix the widely used Single Spawning exploit.

meaning its 1-4 that are equal... and so on..
