dont give the + skills for some reason. I just made one and got the mods from the 2 runes + 30% frw, no + skills or anything. anyone else got this or just me?

I ran modsetup etc and its still the same

We were talking about this over in Strategy&Tactics. When trying to make the Decay runeword its ends up as Despair (which isn't even a runeword) with just 30% FRW and rune mods. I don't know whats going on buts its happened to others.
