I wouldn't mind a buff to SWave druids, since I didn't see them get played this ladder, but generally they're a decent build like WarCry barb.

I couldn't find the change you were referring to, except in the Private Forum Druid Thread where there's a couple sentences about SWave that never get detailed enough for discussion.

Since there's still time before the patch, I'll suggest a change and hopefully people can figure out what they want before this evening (I'm guessing that's the last chance for changes)

Proposed Changes
1) Give Shock Wave at least the same Damage Tiers as WarCry (consider 25% higher because Barbs get 8frame cast rate with 100%FCR, while druids get 10frame)
2) Add a 25% Damage Synergy with Lycanthropy.

Justification of Changes
1) War Cry is a very simlar skill, but does more damage because while it's base damage is about 40% less than SWave, it's extra synergy allows it to receive about 80% more enhancement than SWave, I'm guessing this along with a 25-33% faster cast rate is why people don't complain about WCry (also the BO synergy is a "Free" synergy as barbs generally max it anyways).
2) If the base damage of SWave is buffed, then it would be more OP in norm than it already is, so I figured it would be best to give it a "Free" synergy like WCry. Lycanthropy is the only skill I could think of to fit that Free-synergy idea, since I don't think Oak spirit is used by all SWave druids (mine never did anyways). Feel free to suggest a different synergy, even if it's Oak. The purpose of this synergy is just to slow down the damage progression. That can't easily be done with the damage tiers since players typically have about level 30-40 skills by the end of norm (so all the damage tiers are already used).

Although Druids have slower cast than barbs, they have summons. They are quite powerful also. They can tank and give bonuses to the druid, which makes it a bit easier to spam shockwave than war cry. This should balance the build, although I am sure they are not powerhouses and can get a buff.

My time is severely limited tonight I've got 3 jobs to price tomorrow and 3 windows to fit so i'm off to bed in about an hour or so. If you can bash something out by then, i`ll add it if not, steel or blue can maybe do it if they have the time

last week was sort of last call for adjustments, not the day before we want everything wrapped up. Currently I am focusing on changes to the txt files for items. Following that it is going to be integrating all the other changes are that PureRage has worked on.

Alright, no changes to Shock Wave sounds fine to me too. Besides Shantu's comment, I remembered that a Shock Wave druid can just use Rabies for a secondary attack that stacks well with SWave. They get split between caster gear and Rabies gear (ARating, some IAS, -pois%), but they are probably still going to be fine.
