Zak's hand (unique Rune Scepter) has: 2% Chance to Cast Level 10 Conversion when Striking. I have the feeling this skill cannot be triggered on striking though. Does anyone know for sure? Anyone want to go test it out? If so, I would appreciate the info. No point in having a useless mod on an item. |
