Hi bros
i have a question, a guy told me that : when boss spawn and there is 1 player in room, so boss 's strenght is 10 (for example), and after that players join full room ==> boss 's strenght is not change, still = 10 ?
pls show me

This is from the /players command, based on what you see in D2Mod.ini

In 1.6 (maybe 1.5 too? I forget. and I don't know 1.7) this number was always constant with /players 1-8 at what was deemed most reasonable. This was to prevent people from "single spawning" bosses, meaning one guy runs down and loads the boss in solo, then his friends come and they zerg down the boss who only has single-spawn HP. So this way it would be much easier.

The 1.6 you remember I believe says HPTable = 350,350,350,350,350,350,350,350 - so the monsters are always the same.

In 1.8, it now says HPTable = 250,250,300,350,400,450,500,550. This means with more people, the monsters get a lot more HP. If you are alone, you can type /players 8 and you will get harder mobs who give more XP.

I'm not sure what Mraw has done to take single-spawn abuse into consideration.

Nothing you can do about it without making p8 the only way to play. If people want to abuse ss then I don't care. It doesn't affect me.

so there is no "single spawning" ?
Oh, i check 1.6c D2mod.ini, there is
HPTable = 250,250,250,250,350,400,450,500 ???
more HP and how about damage ?
