So I got this new zon, only quest that was completed is baal in norm for a5. I went through all the citadel levels, all the little stairs, the river of flame terrain and killed the trapped soul that opened a portal to land of dead. I try to enter, but I hear something awful to hear.. "Impossible" I try again.. "I Can't"
What must I do? I'm new to Hell Unleashed, is there any requirements to enter the portal? Ancients need dead? Anya saved/Nihlathak dead? Whats going on here? Haha

complete all the A5 quests (including personalization) and then give him a go.

In general, completing quests is a good thing.
