How does the crafted item level correspond to character level? i'm trying to craft an elemental ring with +skills which I know is ilvl = 27, so I'm tryin to make a character that will be around 30 so there's more chance of a +skill modifier than lvl 90 char. I heard before it was about 60% of clvl = ilvl?

They are dependant on the lvl of the person creating the item as well as the lvl of the item. Same formula as on b.net

(1) ilvl = int(.5 * clvl) + int(.5 * ilvl)
