Could anyone explain to me what the cow level pieces are and where they can drop? Also what do we do with the cursed parts? Thanks |

Hi I was just about to ask about cow lvl, I have all 4 parts and when I hit transmute it says "I can't use this yet". I tried in Act 1 in town and outside town as well as in Act 5. What am I doing wrong? Did something changed? |

to open a cow level you need to completed the baal quest |
