My friends and I are a bunch of bums with a bunch of crappy old laptops that don't run glide well. We are currently playing 1.3, back from the era when glide was an option, not a mandate. I understand that building a version of HU takes considerable time and effort, but maybe someone would just mimic the programming of 1.6 (or whatever freaking version we're on now) as far as changes to the game are concerned.
Is there any hope of my crappy old machine ever getting on the realms again, or am I doomed to TCP/IP with my friends until I manage to get a new machine?
