Hello all, I followed the set of instructions provided at http://forum.arimyth.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=14003&hilit=what+is+d2se here and eventually got the game working with plugy and -direct and -txt. I'm able to get through to act 2, but the return tome doesn't activate whatsoever aside a thud book sound when clicked after it has been identified. Is there a specific failure that I performed in installation that would allow gameplay without the return tome. Secondly, is the return tome even necessary except as a slight buff and the convenience of TP? Can I still complete the game without it? |

Return tome isnt necessary at all. You get hp buffs when you do the challenges, which would probably still work. |
