If I get amp/lr on attack, is a difference in the effect of a level 1 versus level 10? Obviously the radius will get bigger, but assuming I don't have any hard points in that curse. Will the -res the monsters get from a level 1 curse be the same as from a level10? Will a necro with hard points in a curse get a better curse on attack? |
