Post subject:  WHERE IS FLAIL ON ACT 3?
where is fail quest item on act i killed all mobs and boss who had flail in hand but he did not drop the fail quest item.. where is that quest mob who drop it?

Patience, young one. If you ask politely, you'll find out what you need, as I discovered. :D

But anyway, the flail is in the Council Spire. Like in vanilla D2, the flail is dropped by the Council members, whom you did not encounter in Travincal. They're much deeper under the temple city. Those three skeletons where you would normally find them are not bosses, just super-uniques. Bosses almost always have the lengthened health bar, and can reset if you leave them alone for too long.

Good luck with Mephisto once you reach him. He has a few new tricks up his sleeve that I won't spoil for you.

Spoiler: Meph has 50% ctc cast "self-destruction" when struck when his hp is lower than 5%, dealing 500% physical dmg from his total hit points.

i need kill high council.. right?.. and high council s in traviancal and traviancal is in upper kurast... ????? DAMN THIS... I CANT FIND STILL can u just say where he is in what cave or what?

YES READ IT... TRAVIANCAL IS IN KURAST FULL NAME UPPER KURAST U FOOL. BUT IN

BUT IN TRAVIANCAL IS NOT THOOSE MOBS I KILLED THAT BOSS WHO HAD FLAIL IN HAND BUT HE DID NOT DROP THE QUEST ITEM AND THE bos is in traviancal i killed all mobs in traviancal and i cleared all caves no quest item. pff is there a bug? can u just tell me boss name who droping flail plss

i killed boss general hatestorm 3 times but he not droped flail is that real one bos?... if not tell me the real one boss name who drop flail

ok well u have made it to the travinical and u have killed the skelly mages by orb now go to the left had side the and look for a stair case that is fortress spire work your way thru to the council spire there u will find the high council there are 4 ther that dont drop flail the are basical in each corner 2 in the middle dropp the flail but watch for im it will kill even a ranger char like bow zon and also all members have counters gl

why genereal hatestorm he regen hp... i hit hem 40% thna he got again full hp and the monsters too they regen hp full i cant kill mobs lol.... ahh so i wont kill general i need go in that cave.. i have been in fortress there i did not gt flail too :)

well if u would have read the post correctly u would have known there are only two there that can drop and they are in the center not on the sides see what a guys for helping no wonder everyone else being dick to u

I am no grammar nazi, but please learn to spell so that your posts would be at least somewhat intelligible. As for why General Hatestorm regen HP, I can think of two reasons. Heirophants, Cantors, etc. (Zakarum priests) are healing him. So try to kill them first, they are pretty weak in terms of defence and HP. It's a basic tactic in D2, or really in any other similar game.

If you are leaving him alone for too long, approx. 20 seconds, he can reset. That applies to all bosses, and PMH won't prevent that as far as I know (it would make the game way too easy).

Target the Heirophants, Cantors, and Sextons (all variations on the same mob) first if you can. Also, simmer down a bit. I was somewhat of a little shit when I was 12, but I at least knew the value of patience, and I at least tried to spell things correctly so that people would know what I was talking about.
