As title states. Before you get conviction aura, I'm stumped as to handling immunities. Especially bosses. Mercs aren't designed to solo bosses. In cLod, bosses weren't immune IIRC, just high resistances. |

Is that the only way?? Cuz they last like just a few seconds on bosses and you have to recharge them half way through fight. etc. Also, whats the best weapon to make a passion rw for a enchantress? flail? |

It's the only way I can think of unless you buff up your merc enough to do it for you. As for the weapon, you want whatever will give you the fastest attack speed. Just look through the weapons on arreat summit and see which one-handed weapon has the best base for a sorceress. ![]() I'm sure everyone else will have better advice, though. ![]() |

just on a note, dont get your wep info from summit, as base items differ in this. There is a white items section on this page. |

a) Rely on your a1 merc to kill immunes to your element. Spam teleport and dont let them ( both sorc and rogue ) be hit a) Do another char, doing sorc in single player is quite an achievement ( tell us what will you do vs "DeSeis, Ascendant of Torture" ) ♥ |

I'm currently using a flail. Because I read somewhere that if i'm using zeal, i should get a weapon with a range greater than 2. Also, my enchantress can kill bosses well with A1 merc. Only problem is diablo, the firewaves kill her too fast. I can't tele avoid the firewaves since they are 360 degrees. But my worry with immunities for single player sorc come from my telekinesis sorc. While I clearing Baal, I had a hard hard hard time fighting the lightning immune boss. -.- |

Actually, you can. In multiplayer is quite difficult to achieve that due to lag issues, but in SP is quite easy. There are two ways to do it. First one is teleporting soooo far away that firewaves begin to spread and you can step between them. Doing that is quite annoying and with not enough FCR you will see yourself unable to do that ( if you wear insight I think you will, though its still difficult ) Second one, best one, is: ![]() So you teleport between him and the flamewaves . Requires some timing, but with practice, you can get it ( Wasnt the pic clear enough? ;D ) ♥ |

tried doing that. But then it'll mean that I need perfect timing for doing it throughout the entire fight. And it takes ages for a A1 merc with enchant to take down diablo with his high fire resist. lol. If i fail to tele avoid the firewave twice = dead merc. lol. so seriously, other than lower resist charges wand (do they even exist?), no other way to deal with immunes in Norm/NM before Infinity? |

A a3 merc with your element can break some immunities as their aura has -20% enemy res. |

Again, get a fast weapon and load up on crushing blow, use a weapon on switch with ctc decrep. Lawbringer is good if you can gather the runes. |
