Me and bob has found 5 or 6 so far this ladder 2 from king cow one off random cow 1 in tundra and 2 in anc's way did only 12 or so cow runs so id say cows is best chance to find one or mabey were just lucky.

you are lucky, cause ive done 7-8 cow runs myself and no con's, also killed azmodon and belial 9-10 times along with hork, and clearing to them and no con rings yet, horrible luck on my part. |
