So, I remember that magic damage reduced was applied every frame and with it, poison and other per frame damaging elements would be negligible. But it doesn't seem to be the case here, unless a random unique in act 1 normal can really hit an over 1k per second poison, so how does it work here for things that hit per frame, or maybe they don't hit per frame anymore?

I don't think that MDR reduces psn, but as I say that it seems really odd that it doesn't.
MDR certainly does wonders against fire frame based dmg though.
