Here is the list of what I have finished, noted with a *
List taken from Blue's proposal
Most notes in parentheses are new values and reasoning why
Caster types saved until last
These are from a clean 1.3a file

Last changes noonish 7-23 MDR/PDR on safety craft
These need to be tested

*Safety: 3-5, 6-9, 10-14 MDR and 4-6, 8-12, 12-16 PDR
*PDR/MDR on Armor 4-6, 8-12, 12-16 MDR and 6-8, 10-14, 16-20 PDR
*Armor %dmg reduced added 2-4, *(6-8) 8-10, *(10-12) 12-16 (some new resistance sources available)
Starstone armor 50% chance of no-freeze (...dunno what to do on this...seems odd)
*Absorbs Added (helm/boot/glove): 1-2 3-4 5-6 fire/cold/light%
*Shield/amulet add res-all 5-10, 8-12, 12-16%

*Power belt – add deadly strike 3%, 3-5%, 7-10%
*Power shields – add faster block rate 20-30, 40-50, 50-60%
*Power shields – increase chance to block 10-15, 20-30, 30-40%
*Power armor – add %Enhanced Damage 30-50, (60-90) 70-120, (100-150) 150-250 (crushing blow, and more strength available)
*Power gloves – add %Enhanced Damage 25-40, 50-70, 80-100 (reduced from being same as armor)
*Power Weapons – add deadly strike 5-10,8-12,10-15%

*Blood gloves – add small deadly strike 3%, 3-5%, 7-10%
*Blood boots/belts – increase open wounds % 30-40,50-60,70-80%
*Blood boots/belts – increase life returned on Moonstone 20-30 (old) 30-40
*Blood helms – add small deadly strike 3%, 3-5%, 7-10%

Caster weapons +1 to all skills, 2 skills (moonstone) (will see about making it available except on javelins, maybe sorc too but that seems to defeat the purpose of caster, eh?)
*Caster armor +1 to all skills (starstone), 1-2 skills (moonstone)
*Caster gloves/shields +1 to all skills (starstone & moonstone)
Caster weapons remove %ED

*Skull crafts: increased %ED on starstone/moonstone items. 70-100%, 90-160%
*Holy rings, prayer removed –magic res added 2-4,4-8,8-12%
*Holy Amulets, meditation replaced with prayer 2-6, 8-10,12-16

*Elemental ring - changed from 3-6%, 4-8% and 5-10% to 3-4%, 5-6%, and 7-8% skill dmg
*Elemental helm/belt/boots/glove - changed from 6-12%, 8-16%, and 10-20% pierce/skill dmg to 3-4%, 5-8%, and 9-12% pierce/skill dmg

The sorb orbs you'd have to be ridiculously lucky to hit on just the javas were a bigger concern. Looks good.

-topaz crafts (elemental)

the safety stuff looks worrying.

20-30MDR/PDR on ms crafts?

50 from 2 rings, 30 armo armor, 25 avg on boots, belt, gloves, helm, amulet
205 PDR/MDR average

Then possible MDR/PDR as a suffix. say you gtet another 10 as rare mod total
215 MDR/PDR.
Before iron skin, natural res, frozen armor, warmth etc.

all with 8 open sockets and no shield/weapon

200MDR will negate 5000 damage per second on damage over time skills all before resists kick in too.

You can easily get another 100ish from diamonds in the sockets too.

in normal, mdr/pdr = player level negates almost everything
in nightmare, mdr/pdr = player level*2 negates almost everything
in hell, mdr/pdr = player level *2 + 50ish will negate almost everything

*almost everything means the hits that you cant really avoid from bosses etc, its not as effective against stuff like meteors but those hits are mostly avoidable.
monsters in hell deal in and around the 300 mark per hit on average

I would consider
4-6
8-12
12-16
on MDR anyway, PDR could be left a little higher

yea those mdr values are way too high on safety crafts. lets go with the values kev suggested instead.

Elemental craft ammy consider lowering form 4-8, 5-10, 12-14 to 2-4, 3-8, 8-10.

[Ot]I suggest renaming magic damage REDUCED to magic damage NULLIFIED[OT]
yeah mdr is too high. my dclaw stood in diablos fire and got 50dmg from full wave. His physical damage on the other hand was 300dmg so pdr works as intended + high def from diamonds which is BUFFED by def skills like frozenarmor helps you.
Mdr should be 1/2 or 3/4 of pdr values, in my opinion.

For safety crafts how does
3-5, 6-9, 10-14 non torso
4-6, 8-12, 12-16 torso
sound for MDR?

and
4-6, 8-12, 12-16 non torso
6-8, 10-14, 16-20 torso
sound for PDR?

EDIT (current values are 2-4, 4-8, 8-16 for both nontorso
and 3-6, 6-12, 10-20 for torso)

Oh, and should I go ahead and change your Test line to an actual recipe? Ever an agreed upon recipe?

changed Safety MDR/PDR
added Elemental craft changes
Disabled Test line for Mancer boss (real recipe still enabled)
