The animation speed for the following skills should be increased for next patch:

Dodge (while using a 2 handed spear only): Animation speed doubled
Avoid (while using a 2 handed spear only): Animation speed doubled
Both these skills cripple a pikezon when surrounded. Double animation speed means they are less likely to get locked in place.

Barbarian attack 1 and 2: Animation speed increased by 25%
Barb damage is gimp on most skills because of terrible capped attack speed compared to other melee classes. This will boost dps by 25% on stuff like bash, conc, zerk.
hp values between all classes will be pulled tighter together next patch too, so they need to be able to compete DPS wise.

Sorceress cast speed (while equipped with a staff only): Animation speed increased by 25%
Sorc has very little reason to choose staff over orb + shield. Trading off 25% extra DPS on spammable skills for 25% higher mana consumption per second seems fair. In general, sorc dps is pretty lack-luster on anything not damage over time based (anything not a fire patch or blizzard in other words). Shield > higher survival, lower damage. Staff > more burst, less survival.

Does a faster animation change the fcr or ias frames or amount needed per breakpoint at all? I thought fcr does make the animation faster...

means it starts faster and the last breakpoint is lower.

So 8 frame breakpoint would become 6 frame breakpoint if the base is increased by 25%.
