 Post subject: blades change suggestions

So i was thinking blades currently have quite a large cooldown due to poison necromancers and people who just maxed them to tank bosses. now the cooldown makes them sort of unusable... or not worth the points of maxing anyway on certain builds. if they the cooldown was increased due to other builds, what about for summon necromancers that have NOTHING on bosses except tele in circles and let ur merc kill. no real support except for curses on a boss that you havent done 10 times already.

HERES my thoughts: every 2 hard points in something like skeleton mastery (something pnb necs wouldnt max) decrease the cooldown of blades by 0.1 a second. max skele mastery then decreases the cooldown of blades by 1 second. this would make them more viable for some builds but not necessarily for others.

Thoughts?
