Maybe cut out things below Dol on Nightmare and Lem on Hell from dropping. Still keep chances of higher end runes lower just doing Hell Countess and getting 4x Nefs in 4 runs is a tad of a bitch. |

I'd certainly second this, can be a royal pain. Would give a reason to run her more beyond quest. Spend time clearing tower for her to drop EL in hell is a bitch. |
