yo guys
it says on itempage its for weapons !
so i try it in a Warhammer lower quality.. 5 socket in and put the right runes in it
doesnt work , what i do wrong ?

u can change the quality of an item with a mithril hammer and glyph (low - normal quality) or adamant hammer and glyph (normal - exceptional) |
