Ok so,

Recently i did LOS 2 times and SM. Even though this was softcore, i played and built my characters EXACTLY like mine on hc. VERY defensive! MY psn zon for instance is at lvl 95 and only doing 142k dmg with 97 peirce. When facing things like the LOS ant-heros ive noticed some lame things.
1. Druid cano being the anal rape without a condom that it is.
2. sin hammer counter... (didnt see that coming 2 times...)
3. Necro teeth and spear.

-I know people can, and have the ability, to slay these guys on HC, but i dont like the idea that if my psn zon takes a cano to the dome she more then likely will not survive even with some juvs and defense gear. the sin i use to place the druid on sc for my killing tactic has over 16000 life with 40%dr 440 fr and 30% fire sorb. but yet still the druid manages to cano and slay her if im not extremely careful. and face it everyone makes mistakes or servers make them for you. i dont mind hard hitting bosses but i hate the idea of almost no matter what you do its a 1 hitter quiter. (Soul Mancer).
-Sin hammer is avoidable using a psn necro or fire trapper/hydra. But on my zon that runs 9k+ life with 23dr gets 1 hit ko'd by it. ZZz un avoidable attack.
-Necro teeth and spear... the teeth are easily avoidable and tank able imo, but 1 spear and it seems you are a goner. I wouldnt mind the spear dmg if it was a Bone spirit. Easier to dodge those imo. But with the lack of items to get magic resist without sacraficing pretty much you chars usability. its very hard to survive these even with juvs.

After reading the SM thread, i wont say much for him except waste of time... because of the lame ass tactic i used to kill him on SC. i would like to see what kev said, making 1 attack (A BLOCKABLE ATTACK, imo) a hard hitting attack. and also getting rid of the aura the golem provides and giving all the resist to SM himself. Making you need to have LR or Conviction (teaming up) to take him down. or making SM able to be slow missled. Then his lame wave could be avoided easily! and add to the team an amazon.

My big question i guess is, am i the only one who is annoyed by having to use cheap and dirty tactics to slay these guys without dieing by a hard hitting 1 shot by boss? druid cano, sin hammer, and necro spear bug me.

If anyone wants to know what i mean by cheap or dirty ass tactics feel free to pm and i will explain or even show in the game my tactics.

My suggestions for mancer

Give him an aura that gives him constantly changing immunities
Remove lame opwtfhax skill
Give him a tri elemental hydra.

Now you need a party to kill him b/c random immunities
Now more than just cold res matters and the skills can be dodged
More epic this way and less lame

give him 2 hydra skills :P
one with light, fire and cold
and one with: magic, phys and psn damage :D

Yes I agree ki4m.

Also another thought about the boss

He doesn't have to be impossible to defeat if he can spawn monsters that make it very difficult to get to him....

Just saying I can make it an epic team centered battle where solo is suicide, but with a well put together team its a fucking crusade.

Going my route I think it would be ok for more than one charm to drop. Also make the charm more appealing to get to lvl 101.

9k doesnt matter. druid still melts 20k like its fucking nothing.

I like the idea of random imunities and maybe make it atleast 3-4 resists, but able to be broken with lr/conv?? Just not able to break psn. This would atleast help with random tactics each time to slay him.
i agree Delete the wtfpk too, He already shoots meteor so i wouldnt want blizz in there. but mabey the meph/sammy cold ball? would like to see more "blockable" attacks though. i dont think many people worry about block these days.

If there is no opposition I could put together a sp test prolly later tonight. I would advise testing it with some one else via tcp/ip

On the poison issue what I can do is make it so his chance to be poison immune is higher than the others
Also conviction/lr imo should both be needed to break his immunities when they occur. The only ill effect would be a possibility of being immune to almost all damage types for 2 seconds. So you would really need a varied party to take him down
