Hello guys,

As some of you guys maybe have seen I started playing this mod some days / weeks ago.

The help and feedback from lots of people have been really good and i really love playing this mod, already gotten some friends of mine to start up D2 and install this mod again and run it :)

But been in NM now for some days and I have to see NM seems kinda dead to me, why is that? Does all the old schoolers just skip it and boosts their characters past it and shit?

Really love playing the mod and the community seems awesome, or whats left of it (have gotten the understanding many ppl have stopped playing over the last years?)

Anyways, really looking forward to continue playing this mod and catch me up if someone wanna play together and do some shit :)

*snakkes

My opinion is that ever since Soulmancer removed the anti-rush restriction from NM, it has simply been a small speed bump on people's quest to get to Hell tundra and noob game it up to lvl100. Otherwise, the mod is far too hard for most of the people (which is sort of why Soulmancer removed the anti-rush).

That's just my two cents though.

kept Hell people out of NM games.
same model that keeps Hell & NM people out of norm games.

ah, they have removed that from HM?

I have seen that ppl can still glitch games it looks like, like level 99 psnzons running around boosting ppl and stuff :)

ya - cheaters will always find a way to cheat the system. No point in trying to make everything 100%. Prior to the glitching, people like Angel would just leave a psn zon in normal and super-gear/level it up so that they could kill norm Baal whenever they wanted.

In general though, the anti-rush works fairly well to keep teams of players active in normal. Without it though, it is pretty impossible to find a team to quest through the game in NM though. People just end up doing mostly what you are doing - wait for some high level to rush them through the game.

Ya, is hell more lively as it is? Atleast in normal there was always 6-8 games up it felt like :)

Will be trying to make my way over to hell asap, maybe i will be lucky and run into an imba psn zon:p haha

We've done a few legit nightmare runs you must of missed us I can think of four or so in the last few weeks even with us going back to catch people up. Some people mess it up when they make a nightmare character and rush em through with the hell character. You'll see when you get to hell its more of close groups who play together.
