Currently Blessed Aim gives 5% passive Attack Rating per point. This is just a throw-back to Vanilla that was never changed or balanced for HU. This uses the same passive state as the Amazon Strategy skill, but works for hard points only. The value of the increase is controlled by "par8" (i.e. Param8 is 5 right now). Consider buffing this to 15% or 20% (this value is similar to Strategy's ARating boost) for the benefit of Ranger builds. These are holy-aura using Paladins that wield bows. Since they do not use Zeal, they do not gain the ARating available to their melee-range counterparts, but are likely to have a more Dex. |
