I don't see Cobra Strike's significants. No one use this skill.
I have a great idea to revolutionizeing this skill.

Slows enemy over 1sec (every points icreases duration by 1sec)
1 Charge - Slows enemy by 1% (Max.20%)
2 Charge - Slows enemy by 2% (Max.40%)
3 Charge - Slows enemy by 3% (Max.60%) and slows enemy casting speed by 1% (Max.20%)

It's only an idea, please write your opinion.

You obviously have never made a good assassin. Cobra is an AWESOME 1 point wonder.

i have tested in single player this skill and at lvl30 useless because assassin doesn't has high PHYSICAL dmg and therefore you can at endgame leech maximum 300-600 life, but often only 200-300.
But if you have enemy slow effect skill. You have lower chance to hit by boss and this spell is more useable like now.

But you don't leech off undead and physical immunes anyways do you? Can someone confim what can you and can't you leech off of.

Nothing undead.
Nothing with a high drain effectiveness.
Essentially every boss in Hell.

SsoG wrote:
Total Leech = Total Physical Damage * (Leech%) * (Penalty) * (Drain Effectiveness)

The formula is the same for both life leech and mana leech. Penalty is 50% in Nightmare and 33% in Hell. Drain Effectiveness is a monster-specific stat that affects how much you can drain from them (think of it like leech resistance). For instance, Skeletons have a Drain Effectiveness of 0, which means they cannot be leeched from, no matter what.

As an example... if you're dealing 800 damage in Hell against a monster with no drain resistance, and you have 12% Life and 5% mana leech, you will leech:
800 * (.12) * (.33) * (1) = ~32 life and
800 * (.05) * (.33) * (1) = ~13 mana.

Penalties may be higher here, dunno.

Life leech is one of the things that is broken with melee in my opinion and something I would recommend fixing as it has a big impact on how melee play and what keeps them fun.

I've learned to deal with barely leeching in melee. It's not an issue if you use strategy and tactics
