I think one thing that should be considered reworking is Strategy. Amazons who I speak to generally don't put more then 1 into strategy. I think the skill is alright, but really, the only people who are going to try and take this skill are physical javazons and the less popular Bowazon (this session).

I think the skill would look a whole lot more attractive if an all resistance stat was added to it for each hard point that was invested into it. A problem that I have noticed is that Jabzons and most bowazons tend to suffer through a large portion of the game on resistance, mostly this is due to giving up a shield in favor of a 2-handed weapon. And even then, end game they don't have the luxury of having stacked resistance. This change to the strategy would give an alternative, to zons. They can forgo another skill in favor of increasing AR, resistance and defence.

Thoughts?

resists weren't removed from items just so they can be added to skills.

but the skill is borderline useless right now, people put 1 point in it because + skills take care of the rest

It's the nature of the game. You can't make every skill useful to everyone. People will always find ways to make any skill useful. In the case of Strategy, it is probably most useful to high strength low dexterity melee Amazons. Spear Amazons who use Fend skip Dodge and Avoid because of the bug that causes Fend strikes to miss. Their only choices for survivability is Life, Minions, and Defense and since they have high strength they can use better defense armors.
You won't see melee Amazons using Pierce but that doesn't make the skill useless.

Res was removed on most early to mid game items, yet enhanced or unchanged on most late game items. Kinda counter-intuitive to what the patch was about. Take Darkforge Spawn the lvl 95 necro head has 25 res and 5% dr on it now where before had none. Then look at Netherworld Reach another with added res where had none before. It's like why add res on 2 items for a class with a shield AND dmg reducing spells. Then there's adding in shileds for druids like Warriv's Warder which was retooled and gives fire druids a good boost and Blackoak Shield which again boosts druids with "+3-5 to Cyclone Armor" a good pre-buffing shield for a class that has that skill already. Did it really need that much help? Next there is Marrow Walks had the charges of bone prison removed so as not to synergize bone armor, strange logic. Take a look at Devastator not only does it have 50 all res but also "+1 to Natural Resistance, +1 to Iron Skin, and +1 to Increased Stamina". Seems like a bit of overkill. The only bow they get with any kind of res was new this patch and isn't an end game item. Even with the dr nerf some skills had it added to them, yet the pala res auras got sorb nerfs, why? That used to be half the reason for even using the auras.
