Itemstatcost:
state: phys_pierce
ID: +1 to latest
sendbits etc as on any other passive
properties.txt:
code: pierce-phys
state: phys_pierce
Ofc you now need to edit d2game.dll with let's say xvi32, navigate to 10f09C (ffffffff) and change to phys_pierce ID, ie if ID is 456 then in hex it is 1c8, reverse that and we get c8 01 00 00.
uniques.txt:
add new pierce-phys where you want ;]
Point if I did wrong somewhere or something isn't clear.
I tested it on old files and it worked vs 99 phys res fallens;-)

dislike it.
de-buff the bosses, don't further buff characters.

Ye, just pointing this if someone would want. Imo debuffing via charms is the best as requires 0 additional downloading, just one file change on server.

is it possible to make boss resists gain the penalty when its past 100% applied to it even tho it isn't? that would be cool and remove that unique charm they have. or even apply that to -enemy resist?
