Was looking at my jabbers cth now and her ar is really lacking (8k jab, 11k fend, 20k impale). But I have a eth in her current spear, so I was wondering if the -50% def shows up on the cth on the char screen or not?

And the second question; she's closing in on 95 so I'm wondering what to go with gearwise. My current setup is this:
Amazon crash
Glass glare
Metalgrid
Crafted bloodgloves
Waterwalks (for the cbf)
Crown of Theives
Rare ring with life, all res and ml
Bloodcrafted zon ring
Nos coil

What I was thinking later on:
Devastator (hopefully eth if Gordo is nice enough) w/ zod
Tyraels (rubies or diamonds?)
Grid
Bloodgloves
Gore Riders

Any suggestions on the rest? Liking the solid 100 life, res, ias etc on CoT but the single socket might be a bit low. Gonna need alot of str to get Tyrales on.

Was checking ias breakpoints, if I'm correct it's 99% ias on Devastator (-5 base, 60%ias and 34% from fana).
Bps according to the german site (all of the is with the bnet speed, +20. So -25 on them I guess?):
Jab: 6,5fpa/113%, 6fpa/152%, 5,5fpa/223%
Fend: 5fpa/120%
Impale: 23fpa/120%, 22fpa/142%, 21fpa/168%, 20fpa/208%

the eth runes -50% wont show up on your char screen so you need to take that % chance to hit and factor in the -50% enemy def. my math aint great but iirc that would raise your chance to hit by another 1/4 of the current cth, brevan could clarify that better than I can.

I forget how much life a zon gets per point in vit, I would probs go for Diamonds myself and a 3 diamond CoA for a mighty 140 PDR and MDR. Then devote your inv to good life charms to bring your life up.

Remember that the Ias from fana is skill Ias. That makes a much bigger impact on final speed than just having 99% Ias on the weapon. Feed the speeds into the calculator and set the fanat level to the level you get on equip if you didnt already as using the straight ias will show you needing more ias than you actualy do.

Chance to Hit Formula:
200% * alvl / (alvl+dlvl) * AR / (AR+DR)

Basically, there's just 2 comparisons. First compare your level to the monster level, if they are the same, then ignore them. Now compare your ARating to the monster's Defence, if they are the same, then you have a 1/2 (50%) chance to hit. If your ARating is double the defence, then you have a 2/3 chance to hit. If you're tripple their defence, then it's 3/4, at quadruple it's 4/5.

If you half the enemy defence, then you essentially double the top and bottom of the fraction, but then reduce the bottom by 1. So 1/2 becomes 2/3, 2/3 becomes 4/5, 3/4 becomes 6/7, and 4/5 becomes 8/9. In percents, this is 50% to 66%, 66% to 80%, 75% to 86%, and 80% to 89%.

No matter what, you'll miss at least 1 in 20 swings and at most 19 in 20 swings. As a quick but mildly innacurate shortcut, the -50% def of Eth rune will cut your chances of missing in half. If you would normally miss 1 in 8 swings, you'll now miss about 1 in 16 swings. The innacuracy appears mostly in the lower numbers, but if you're missing 1 in 2 swings... you need help :)

Thanks guys.

Yea Blue tested with his avenger with and without conviction. No show on the cs. So one eth and one zod is a must on Devastator, that leaves one open socket to play with. Cb, dmg, speed/ar, skull for leech/ds or even another eth for 100% def?

Yea maybe go with diamonds then. I will however need alot of str to wear that damn Tyraels.

All charms are life except one of the passive skiller atm.
