I know starlight or flickering flame or one of them is bugged. Is it flickering flame? A vex dropped in durance on nm (talk about luck) so I kinda want to make it for my meteor sorc.

Now I just need a sorc amulet to replace tal...

Telling of Beads ( Disciple set amulet ) is a nice and cheap choice IMO.
