Is it possible to buy/find a +3 Telekinesis Orb or Staff? Or perhaps it doesn't appear on either of them? |

I've had a couple that were +2 so I assume you can get +3. |

+3 TK staff can be sold in a1 normal and shopped by any lvl character. You can also shop +3 tk staffs in a3 normal with a lvl 17. |

I am new. So, a +3 item is the same to say an Elite one..?, right..? |
