Oh well that blows. Do any of the A5 mercs do any kind of aoe other than rabies, and is their rabies any good?
Also I could REALLY use a hand of blessed light divine scepter if anyone could lend me one =/

So I'm making an FoH pally and realized I may be using hammers a lot to clear trash as I am mostly solo. I don't have any high level awesome stuff and am wondering what aura to invest in since like I said I'm mostly solo. Concentration for better hammers? Fanaticism for a great merc? Sanctuary (does the magic pierce from the aura help BH+FOH? I know they have undead/demon bypass but there are a lot of monsters that are just animals) Conviction for a blizzard or pnb merc ? I was thinking of going max Fan with a multi-shot a1 merc and being half afk until there's a boss. So that leads me to the next question of how good is the a1 merc multishot? Does she use it all the time, and what level is it? Does the nightmare merc have worse stats than a normal one? Also regarding weapons, I'm not sure what to do. It looks like Hand of Blessed Light (divine scepter) is good but I don't have one and probably won't get one. Am I just supposed to use a spectral shard forever until one day I can maybe make a hoto or something? It would be really great if someone had a spare one of those scepters I could use, lol. Thanks for any help with this. |

Conc for hammers What version are you playing? I don't think the a1 mercs have multishot... that got taken away cuz it was OP I ran a solo hdin/foh, take from it what you can: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5943&p=49991&hilit=multi+solo#p49991 sorry my responses aren't as glorious as PRage's lol |

I'm on 1.3f - I thought the nightmare merc has multi shot. Can anyone confirm if its gone? |

A1 physical (multi shot) mercs were removed as of patch 1.3a If they show up, then something is wrong. |
