Post subject:  Frozen Citadel
Had a failed archon plate(rare, triple durability 255) drop in Hell Citadel level 4 that kinda stumped me. Monster level is 96 down there if I'm reading the txt files right so what gives? I checked ancients way and the rest of the citadel several times and couldn't find the Templars that was supposedly already in the game. No other 95+ areas had been touched in the game. Any ideas?

did you gamble before?
If you open gamble screen and there is a archon plate, even if you don't actually gamble it but eave it in the gamble screen it could been a unique and prevent it from dropping again

Succubus are 92lvl
Yetis are 92lvl
Frozen horrors are 97
Doom knights are 94
Bosses and their minions get +3 lvls when champs +2.

96lvl of citadel means all corpses/chests drops are 96lvl

In our room I'm gonna try and fix my laptop to actually have something to do while I'm at home. I did an oopsie and fucked it up pretty bad.
