Someone online today was convinced that auras can be stacked, IE:
lvl 12 holy fire from dragon, lvl 20 holy fire from HoJ = lvl 32 holy fire.

I thought it was only if they were the same level, IE: 2 lvl 10 thorns aura from edge, one in each hand = lvl 20 thorns.

Could someone confirm or deny this? I tried to do some SP testing, but I suck at that shit

Well, I know in 1.10 they only stacked if they were the same level. I don't know if this was changed for HU but I doubt it.

Sry, I really don't know, but i have a queastion what is almost the same:

-res auras can be stacked? Like conviction and holy fire?
For example: Thirst for Knowledge RW orb with a lvl7 convi aura, and a Dragon RW shield with a lvl12 holy fire aura. Do both of them make their effect against a single mob? And against a fire immun? :roll:
And if just one of these, which will be the more effective?

This was tested before the last patch to make sure they don't. I don't remember if Baerk changed the RWs, but I had them (edit: the new RWs) reference clone auras for more safety in that regard...he prolly changed it to regular auras.

Just checked the files... the RW changes to prevent aura stacking were applied. I see the presence of the aura B's in the runeword bonus file.
