Is is possible for +psychic hammer to spawn on white claws? and If so how would I go about finding them? |

+random skills don't start spawning on claws till the higher base items. It doesn't start till like mid exceptional tier. You should be able to use NM vendors as a guide for which base item starts getting the random skills. |

I'm in Nightmare, I just haven't seen a tier 1 skill spawn on exceptional claws... |

What part of NM? As my memory went I didn't see random +skills on claws till vendors in A3 NM. |

You can't. You can't get any of the level one skills on a white claw IIRC. |
