Trying to remember exactly where skill charms can start dropping.. Is it the marsh in A3 nightmare? |

The skillers are a lie my friend. Used to be around mid NM, then mid-late hell, now no where. |

Hmmm, my shitty memory can't recall even what level they were in 1.21z. I know it was pretty high, like lv80-90. If I had to guess I'd say around A3 hell. Maybe someone with a better memory can help you out. |

IIRC skillers had a min lvl req of 80 going higher for lifers. Most people only rolled them starting in later act4 (RoF and beyond) |
