Are there any rules to rolling skill charms? I have heard something about a required minimum level for the charm... or am I able to just roll any grand charm and get one, as long as my character level is high enough (88?) |

All that matters is what monster dropped it, the ilvl (item level). E.g you can take any grand charm from a5 hell and roll it to a skill charm. I've used grands from a5 hell that had little or no level req and after a few rolls they are 63, 80, or even higher. |

what nedder said.... meaning you can keep all your gc's on a lvl 1 and use him to re-roll them, yielding the exact same results as a lvl 99 rolling them. (as apposed to crafting) |

So this is wrong on critter??? Rerolled Magic Item Any Magic Item 3 Perfect Gems [OR] 2 Starstone Gems Mithril Glyph Same Magic Item with Random Mods Mods Depend on Character Level Item CAN be Ethereal I know reg D2 was based on Item level, just want to make sure I guess. Even though I always use a5 hell and highest character anyway. |

Looks to me like rerolling via the 3gem+mag item is just ilvl (from cubemain.txt). |

I would like to confirm that rolling on a level 1 works fine, I just rolled a pnb and pally combat within 30 sec of each other. |

Much better luck that I have ever had. I have yet to roll a skiller and must have rolled somewhere in the range of 75-100 times. I have even rolled a shit skiller in hopes of getting a different one. Nothing. Oh well, how the odds work. Nice rolls |
