 Post subject: Smiter in 1.3b

Last patch I had a lvl 65 healer/smiter combo that used insight and a mediation amulet. He tanked well, healed the party, but did really bad damage. After 1.3b the mediation amulets have been taken out, but Smite has been given a big damage boost as well as non-weapon IAS returned to it.

What I want to do is remake this character with the same build but different equipment. Instead of building it like a healer getting as many +skills as possible, I'll focus on a balance of +skills, IAS, and CB.

Many of the unique items and rune words have changed in 1.3b. For example, new Claw rune words were added to help mental assassins. So what I ask is: is there any changes that would be suitable for this character that I should hunt down? So far I've noted that Goblin Toe, Rattlecage, Venomgrip (but I'll use Draculs when I can), and Guillaume's Face have CB added to them.

Gris set may be a good temp setup for it. Good set bonuses etc.
