Post subject:  metalgrid bug????

ok so i've been doing a lot of leo runs and collected about 5 metalgrid ammys

while i put those on mule to save for later, they seem to vanish as soon as i join a new game o.o

I actually had this happen to me before too, and it was definitely muling unique ammys/jewelery too.

My reasoning at the time was that i made the game quickly, muled random rare/uniq jewelry, save and exited, but somehow the server didnt register the save and exit on my mule so they went poof.

I lost like 3 really good crafted rings (and like 2 mara, 3 metalgrids, 2 seraph) at that time too so I was really sad. But yeah, my conclusion was that it was a server hiccup but strange it was muling jewelry too... Hmmmm

Maybe not so much a bug concerning metalgrid... does the cube happen to be be packed with unique jewelry as well? There's a hardcoded limit for how big a save file can be. If you got too much item data (which is entirely possible from having a ton of unique jewelry on a mule) you can lose item data if you just keep cramming stuff on.

As for the hardcoded save file size limit which ultimately limits how much item data you can store on a mule... it is true with dead certainty... I suggest you start a new unique jewelry mule. That mule is probably pretty much at its limit. You have either have to realize that there's game engine limits you must stay within the bounds of or you'll just simply keep losing more unique jewelry as you cram it on to that mule.
