Hey, what enemies cast Iron Maiden in HU?

I know-

Ironfist of Mephisto
Abyss Mages in the a4 sanctuary

What others should I beware of?

Act 4 : Izzy; city wp super unique(only Hell); trash at Sanctuary location; Moloch; Diablo

Act 5 : Nihlathak; trash in Glacial Dome; Undead super unique in cleft; Baal; trash in the dungeons; Belial and the super unique before the realm of the slain; guard before Samhain; Samhain

LoS: Trash (knights) in a2, Shadow in a3 (Ranged Iron Maiden) Knights and Shadow in a4; Shadow in a5; Nec anti-hero

Cow lvl: Cow King, Caster Cows
